Consider visiting us for our Sunday church gathering. We come together to be encouraged, comforted, learn from the Scriptures, and worship in prayer and godly praise. Consider staying around after church for fellowship; and pet or ride the horses, ponies and mini-ponies. Our service starts at 11:30 am. We look forward to seeing you!
Our beliefs are based on the Bible and the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in eternal salvation through faith alone in Jesus, and the importance of living a life of love and service. See below to learn more about the truths we believe.
1. The Godhead is One God in Three Eternal Persons (Matthew 28:19; Acts 17:29; Colossians 2:9; 1 John 5:7)
2. The Lord Jesus is fully God and Man (Micah 5:2; John 1:1,14; 8:56-59; Philippians 2:5-6; 1 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 1:6,8)
3. All of Mankind is fallen in Adam, and every person has sinned against God and His commands and is deserving of eternal damnation and banishment in the Lake of Fire (1 Kings 8:46; Romans 3:9-19; Revelation 20:15)
4. Eternal salvation is by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (His Blood shed for our sins), and is not by good deeds, works, sacrifices, baptism, etc. (John 3:16; Romans 3: 20-25; 4:2-6; Ephesians 2:8-9; 2 Timothy 1:9; Titus 3:5). This eternal salvation cannot be lost, since it is a free gift, given by God's grace, through the price paid by His Son on the cross.
5. The Word of God - the Holy Scriptures - are inspired, infallible, sufficient, and PRESERVED, and they are found today in English in the Authorized Version - the 66 Books of the King James Bible (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Matthew 24:35; Psalms 12:6-7)
6. After trusting the Lord Jesus Christ for eternal salvation, the believer should submit to water baptism (immersion), commit to a Bible-believing local church, attend weekly, help evangelize the lost, and encourage and stir other Christians to good works (Matthew 28:19; Acts 8:12; Hebrews 10:24-25; John 4:28-29; Luke 11:42; Galatians 6:6).
7. Although we are not eternally saved by good works we should, however, after salvation, obey God and serve Him in gratitude and love (John 14:15, 21; 15:10; 2 John 1:6; Matthew 5:16; Titus 2:14; 3:8, 14); for:
A. Closer fellowship with God.
B. Peace and joy.
C. Answered prayers (1 John 1:4,7; 3:22).
D. The holy rewards He commands us to seek (2 John 1:8; Colossians 3:23-24; 1 Corinthians 3:14; Matthew 6:1-18; 10:41).
E. The avoidance of temporal chastisements in this life and age, and at the coming Judgment Seat of Christ, where judgment begins at the house of God (2 Corinthians 5:9-11; Colossians 3:25; Luke 12:4-28; etc.)
F. It is our duty and reasonable service to please God in gratitude for the mercy He has given us! The fact the He is pleased to reward us for this service is another example of His amazing grace!
